Actura exists because quoting ACA plans should be fast, accurate, and transparent. We built the tool we wished existed when we saw brokers spending hours on what should take minutes.
Why We Built This
CMS publishes the data. We make it usable.
Every year, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) publishes public use files containing every ACA marketplace plan in the country — premiums, benefits, service areas, formularies, and provider directories.
The problem? These files are massive, fragmented, and designed for policy analysts, not insurance brokers. A single plan year can span dozens of CSV files totaling millions of rows.
Actura ingests, normalizes, and indexes all of it into a single searchable interface. We don't scrape carrier websites or guess at plan data — we use the same authoritative source the federal marketplace itself relies on.
