- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every plan includes a free trial to get started. No credit card required.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings.
- What data sources do you use?
- We ingest CMS public use files — the same data the federal marketplace publishes for plan year transparency. For FFM states this includes rate tables, plan attributes, service areas, benefits, formularies, and provider directories. For SBE states, CMS publishes plan attributes, rates, benefits, and service areas but does not include formulary or provider directory data.
- Which states are covered?
- Actura covers all 50 states plus DC. The 30 FFM (federally facilitated marketplace) states have full 2026 plan year data including drug formularies and provider directories. The 19 SBE (state-based exchange) states plus DC currently have 2025 plan year data with plans, premiums, benefits, and service areas. Drug formulary data is not yet available for SBE states because CMS does not publish machine-readable formulary files for those exchanges.
- What kind of support is included?
- Starter includes email support. Agency adds priority support with faster response times. FMO / Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager and custom onboarding.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. All data is encrypted in transit. We do not store personal health information — the tool works with publicly available plan data from CMS, not individual enrollment records.
